No notifications are working.. sms, skype, google hangouts

You may wish to review your Daily Digest and Reminders settings to make sure they're set up the way you want. We have a help page that covers the steps for those.
If that doesn't help, would it be possible to delete a particular reminder account and then readd it to reset it?
Also, have you tried any other IM networks, desktop, or email reminders to confirm whether they're working at all for you? Desktop and email reminders may be a bit more straightforward in terms of receiving them, so they would be good to check too.
