Are you using plain text, RTF, or HTML formatted emails, a_hare?

I have better luck with plain text. After that, the steps described in help (http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/answers/sending/emailinbox.rtm) all work just fine. If they aren't working for you, then I'm sure the RTM development team will have a look for you.

ranbarton / Emily - thank you for your help - I have just returned from holidays, hence delay in following up.

I typically send the tasks from my blackberry which automatically adds my signature to the bottom.

I have just tried sendoing tasks again, and if I add the -end- insert after my task detail, it adds it full as expected. If I don't however, it adds it without all the criteria... I guess this is the workaround I need to use?

Andrew, yes you'll need to add the -end- or it might have trouble processing it due to the signature. If you experience any problems, please let us know. Thanks!
