Delay reStart after completion

I was using RTM to track my workouts. I have several variations on what i like to do such as "WK1", "WK2","WK3", Ect If I do Wk1 i want it to show up in my list again with a 3 days delayed start. So that i don't repeat that workout too soon and I wont need to remake the task every time i finish it. I can't figure out how to accomplish this though.

You should be able to use a repeat to accomplish this, e.g. "after 3 days" would repeat the task 3 days after you complete the current one.

You could set all of these workouts for a repeat and then offset their due dates, and then you'd get the appropriate workout on each day.
