Smart list with both completed and incomplete tasks

Both sections left/right to the OR work fine separatly, but not together.

In my opinion, the "completed" tab should at least match the filters on the "incomplete" tab. If I want to have an overview of what I've achieved the last week, for example, I'm pretty lost with the current solution. Sidenote: strikethrough on "completed" is a bit of an overkill, isn't it? ;)
