Accepted tasks not added to list

We're tracking an issue with accepting given tasks in the mobile apps, so I've added it to our list to investigate that you're seeing this.
In the meantime, if you receive a notification for a given task and accept it in the web/desktop app, does it show up afterward, possibly if you reload the app?
