Contact not receiving his invite to RTM!?

One of my employees are not receiving their initial invite from me for my RTM list.
He already has his own RTM account for his own use.
He has a yahoo.com email?

Can anyone help me as to why he would not be receiving the initial invite to my RTM?

If they have a Remember The Milk account already, it won't be possible to invite them; our system only sends an invitation to someone who doesn't yet have an account.

However, if you're sharing a list with them or giving a task to them, they should receive a notification from you. An email should arrive based on their notifications settings (so they may have these off), but they can also check in the app for the notifications:
