BUG : Tags Automatically Being Added

It would be great if that could be fixed but my question is, is there a way to simply turn off tags completely so that they simply never get added under any circumstance?

It's possible for a tag to be added if a task name contains a #. Is that possible for you?
It'd be great if you could contact us with some specifics, like a task and tag name and where you had added that.
