Updates in RTM not synced in Google Calendar

This is likely because Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to update your subscribed calendars. (There’s not a manual refresh currently, so it’s not possible to update this right away.)

Are you saying that it might take up to 24 hours for each add or change to be made after subscribing to gcal? Or just for the first sync?

It’s possible that any change could take up to 24 hours to appear in Google Calendar, but it’s difficult to say specifically.
