Reminders on daily tasks & location based alerts

Hi,

i have a task which will come up every friday. I want to be reminded 1 day before due date. I have selected the option on the web app. But I won't be reminded.

My pro account will expire soon and I am missing the reminder and location based alerts. Will it be added in the near future?

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue! You should indeed be able to get reminders 1 day before a task is due.

As a first step, I suggest double checking your Contact Preferences in the Account Settings, to make sure that Reminders are turned on for the specific method you're after: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/app/#settings/contact

If that's still not working, would it be possible to contact us with some more specifics, including a screenshot of your Contact Preferences?
