Can't share a list with a contact
(closed account) says:
Hi I can't share a list with one of my colleagues - I get an error message which says that Helen is not on the latest version of the web app but she is! How do we fix this? Cheers Chris

You may want to have your contact switch their account using our "magical switcher" page, and then try again.
In case you're using the mobile apps, it's possible to accept a shared list there, but this setting would apply to one's account on the web so it's necessary to check that setting there.
