IGoogle Gadget problem -- list chopped

vamshikk says:
Hi,

I don't know if anyone else reported this.

Having smartlists display is a great idea! But now after this new addition, the IGoogle RTM gadget chops of the list. There's no scroll bar to scroll down to rest of the items.

I just counted and it shows only 15 lines (ie 15 tasks if each task is one line). Thanks.

vamshikk, can I ask which browser you're using, and would it be possible to let us know which other gadgets you have on iGoogle? (Please feel free to let us know privately if you'd prefer.)

The gadget should automatically resize, but unfortunately sometimes other gadgets can interfere with this functionality. Thanks!

Hi Emily,

I am using firefox. Other Gadgets in that Tab are - Google Calendar, Sticky Note, ModeRoom literary quotes and Google Notebook.

I made a new tab and dragged the RTM Gadgets there. I got the same thing. I noticed that it doesn't even display the smartlist name that I am using in the title of the Gadget (it does in IE), just 'Remember the Milk'.

After you mentioned it, I tried it in IE. The same thing happened initially. Then I dragged the rtm gadgets around - to another new tab and back. After I dragged it back, the full list displayed.

Looks like this problem might be firefox specific. I know that it used to work before. Thanks for your help.

Any fix on this problem soon? I love firefox and hate to go back to using IE for RTM. Thanks :).

Vamshi, thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately it looks to be an issue with iGoogle (it does seem fine in IE but doesn't work correctly in other browsers). We've reported this to Google, so hopefully this will be fixed soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!
