Design improvement needed for the Android App

1. Headers are not very good to see, they need a different font (larger, maybe italic, bold) or should have a different background. A 2px bottom border (IMO it's 1px) could also help.

2. Tags... they are a bit limited with accepted chars and stuff. IMO spaces should be allowed, the same with lower/uppercase. Are there some ideas to change this?
