Duplicate tasks in Outlook 2016

I've had to reset my PC after an Office 2016 install went south. I've reinstalled MilkSync and it synced tasks, but I have several that are duplicated in Outlook. They only appear once in the RTM web app. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks!

If you're seeing duplication in Outlook it's possible this would happen with another application in the mix, like Google Apps Sync or iCloud Sync.
