iCal problem in outlook
uriba says:
hi,
I'm using remote calendars, which is the only means i know of to bring ical feed into outlook.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/remotecalendars/
Most feeds work fine, but with your feed I'm asked for a username and password, and when i supply my RTM username and PW (positive they are true), it still rejects me.
My RTM username is uriba.

Hi,
I'm the developer of RC...what version of RC are you using? RC didn't work with HTTPS authorization until the version 2.5 was released:

Mmm...I don't know why, but it seemed to crash with version 2.7...I've made an update, you can find it here:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=144247&package_id=158788
Now it works (I tried it many times with my personal calendar...) ;)
Bye

this bug is gone. i'm now using version 2.72. it does take the feed but there are still problems:
1. for active tasks it writes the date created instead of due, and therefore they appear as overdue in outlook.

Hi,
well, the DUE date problem is a 50% between RC and RTM ;)...I found they changed something in how they produce the iCalendar, so I had to fix the RC...but if you look at your iCalendar, you'll see that the DUE date is wrong (one day before the one you inserted in RTM)
If none has posted this bug, I'll do it...however, you can find the new version of RC on the same link...
