Mobile RTM - priority bullets display strangely
vslacks says:
I've noticed that when accessing RTM through m.rememberthemilk.com on my Palm or cell phone, the bullets that appear following a task to indicate priority show up as "•"
Also on the subject of the mobile app - is there a reason that you can't add notes?

vslacks, thanks for reporting this. Can I ask which Palm or phone model this happens with? Also, do you know the browser and version?
It's possible to add notes with the mobile version too -- to get to the notes page, first go to the task details page, and follow the link on the notes line (it will say something like 'Notes: 0' if there are no notes). There's an option to add from that page. Hope this helps!

Of course, I just noticed that in my post, the bullet shows up correctly since it gets translated into the correct character! But on the phone or Palm it shows up as "ampersand" plus "bull."
I'm using a Sony Ericsson S710a with Cingular service (in the US). On my Palm T|X, I'm using the Blazer browser.
Thanks for the tip on how to add notes via the mobile version. BTW - the mobile version came in handy this weekend when we were out at Home Depot and realized that we had forgotten the shopping list we had printed out (a shared item between my wife and me). Not to worry - I got out my mobile phone, called up the mobile RTM site and got the info we needed.
In just a few short weeks it's become an indispensible part of my life! Thanks for creating such a great piece of software :)

No problem, I figured that the HTML code for the bullet must have been displaying :) Not sure why that would be happening, so we'll check that out.
It's awesome to hear that the mobile version is useful! Glad that you're enjoying the service :)
