Complete subtasks before parent

I was wondering if it's possible to make me complete my all subtasks before I can complete the parent.
When I try to complete a task that has open subtasks, I want to be asked, if I want to complete all subtasks, or at least get warned about them...

I'd also be happy if I could prevent a task from being completed altogether. So in a list 'wishlist' I could have some tasks like 'books' or 'movies', that never get completed, but that do collect subtasks specifying the books and movies...
