Multiple RTM icons in Google Calendar
colin.anderson says:
I'm seeing two RTM checkmark icons, side by side, in each day in Google Calendar, instead of one. This is true in Firefox and IE, so I would guess it's not a browser issue. I've reloaded Google Calendar and unchecked / checked the RTM calendar to toggle inclusion.
I started using RTM yesterday and the integration into Google Calendar worked fine; I only saw one checkmark icon per day. I don't believe I've changed anything in my RTM settings that would affect this; I haven't changed anything in Google Calendar.
Both icons work equally well for viewing / modifying my daily RTM task list. The icons are doubled in all Google Calendar views -- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Next N Days, and Agenda.

I'm having the same problem. I even tried removing the RTM calendar from Google Calendar and re-linking it, but it still comes up with the two icons on each date. . It worked fine yesterday (even earlier today).

Same here. Displayed correctly as early as this morning, but now I see two RTM icons.

I'm seeing this as well. I'm setting it up today for the first time so I thought I might be doing something wrong. Any word on a fix or are ya'll still seeing the problem?

I'm seeing the same thing. I've been using RTM and Google Calendars together for a few weeks now, and this is the first time I've seen the double icon.

I am also seeing it. Tried all the actions described above. Worked fine before lunch; doubled after ( I had regular iced tea only with lunch :-)

Thanks to everyone for reporting this.
Google Calendar has released a bunch of updates today, and this seems to be causing problems with the icons (the display of icons is controlled on the Google Calendar side -- unfortunately there's nothing that we can do on our end).
If you're experiencing this problem, please report it to Google via their help group or contact form -- hopefully they'll have this fixed soon!

I feel silly me-tooing this, but I'm still having this same problem as of 5/6.
colin.anderson says:
Yeah, it still seems to be a problem. For those of you who want to add to the Google help thread, my post is here.
jkeys says:
There appears to be a 2nd Google thread here which indicates that it is a problem with iCal feeds generally.

Just wanted to note that Google are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
pjv says:
it's fixed now, apparently.
