moveing a task

Do you mean move it to a specific smart list or just a regular list?
If you wanted it on a smart list you could just create one that says:
dueBefore:today
This would show you all tasks done before today.
There is no way to "automatically" move a task from one list to another, except based on a smart lists' search criteria.
