Where is the button now to do a sync?

At least on Android, if you pull down on the list, the arrow chasing itself in a circle will show up, presumably indicating syncing. Same way it works in Gmail.

I'm not sure that is indicating syncing. On free accts, you can only sync once per 24hrs. Before there was a button and it would indicate how long until next sync (if you manually synced <24hrs ago. I can pull down to "resfresh" list continuously; not indication of how long until next sync, and it doesn't look like my content synced (phone <> web).
Also, it's so easy to accidentally pull down a list, that you might sync before you want and then have to wait another 24 hours...
