Send to failing

I've not been able to send a task to a colleague. The send itself reports to be successful, but when I change lists to sent it will not load. I have to logout and back in to see my lists again where I find the task I sent has not moved.

An addition to this 'bug' - the task was already shared to the colleague I was attempting to send to. Now I understand the tool a little better, I appreciate 'unsharing' etc. is not permitted, although this shouldn't cause the tool to behave in such a strange fashion, should it???
