Daylight Saving Time Reminder?

Just tried setting a reminder for the end of Daylight Saving Time as "Second Sunday In March", but when I hit Enter, it changes to "1 Mar 16". I was doing this from the website and not the app. Evidently, this will not work. Is there any way to set yearly reminders for "First Sunday in November" and "Second Sunday In March"?
