Shared Lists: why do I keep seeing my friend's task on my RTM?
(closed account) says:
So my friend and I are forming a company and we are giving RTM a try.
I created a company list and shared it with my friend. When my friend creates a task in the company list, it shows up on my calendar. That is not the behavior that I want.
How can my friend create tasks in that list that are shown on his calendar but not mine?
Note that we are not interested in him creating tasks that only he can see: after all, everyone on our team would like to see what everyone is working on so that we can cover for others if required.

Hi vicngtor,
The shared list will automatically include all shared tasks, which would appear in your tasks and views.
It'd be possible to exclude shared tasks where they would otherwise show up, e.g. in a Smart List. For example, here's one that would show today's tasks:
due:today AND NOT list:Company
Hope this helps!
