Strange behavior for tasks

I noticed a strange behavior when creating a repeating task. Create the following task:
Pay bills ^end of month *every month
If i create it in October, Due date is 31.10.2015. When i finished this one, see the next task with Due date 31.12.2015. Then 31.01.2016, 31.03.2016 and etc.
It seems to me that this is completely illogical behavior.

Currently you may want to change the due date to the 28th or 30th to work correctly in each month.
