mobile not reminding

i must be missing something...i've tried setting up reminders to be sent by sms to my o2 phone but nothing seems to work is there a test i can run?

twinpier, do you have an email-to-SMS service activated with O2? We use your providers email-to-SMS service to send our reminders, but some providers require that this is setup with them first (and some of them charge to receive SMS).

k7singh, we're sending Bell Mobility reminders to phonenumber@txt.bellmobility.ca -- would it be possible for you to try sending an email to the address in this format, and see if you receive the SMS? It's possible that they have made changes to this service. Thanks!
