Task Names Displayed Incorrectly

I'm using Windows XP Professional (SP2), and Firefox 2.0.0.3. I don't think there's any extensions installed, unless one of my office volunteers suddenly grew some computer knowledge. =)

It just happened again. I had the window minimized for a while, and when I opened it back up again there was a duplicate task, one with the wrong title displayed.
Also, the task lower on the list is the one with the correct title, if that helps.

Same issue has occured for me.
I'm using Safari with ForgetMeNot and SafariStand plug-in. It's running on OSX and the system language is set to Japanese, if it helps. Thx!
