There was a problem loading Remember The Milk. :( - When switching to "New" interface

Hi. I've been banging my head against this for a long while now. My wife and I share tasks.I switched to the new interface and apparently she has to as well for sharing to work.
But, when she clicks the link to switch to the new interface or tries to login, she always gets the "There was a problem loading Remember The Milk. :( " Error condition.
It doesn't matter what kind of browser she uses, or what computer she does it from, same result. Cleared cookies, reset browsers - tried everything short of deleting her account and setting up a new one.
We both have Pro accounts and RTM support has NOT been helpful or very responsive at all.
Opening this up to the Forum for help..
