I have been trying to send query to email but help by email returns an undelivered email error

Hi romanej,
Thanks for getting in touch and reporting this issue.
Unfortunately there's not a direct fix that we can implement for this email problem on our end.
Yahoo has requested that any email messages that aren't sent directly from the address to be rejected, and Google (the mail provider we use on the backend of our support system) honors that request.
Our contact form kicks off an email into our support system, so those messages "from you" (but via our contact form) are rejected.
These articles provide a good summary of the details:

The only workarounds we can suggest currently is to provide a different email address on our web form initially and just remind us you'd like us to reply to your Yahoo address. Sorry again for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
