MilkSync install fails on Win8.1

rneppell says:
Trying to install on Win8.1 64-bit, Outlook 2013 64-bit and installation is failing with the message below. Any ideas?

Prerequisite check for system component .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 failed with the following error message:
"This version of the .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 can not be installed on Vista or Windows Server 2008. Install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, which will upgrade .NET Framework 2.0 to SP2, or contact your application vendor."

You should be able to install Microsoft's .NET Framework with these steps to include the necessary prerequisites. After that, MilkSync should install successfully.
