Create task at Priority 1

Currently I create a task, then I have to find the task, select the task, go back to the top, and set the task priority to 1.

Is there a way I can specify the task priority when I create it?

Are you talking about the web interface or one of the apps?

If it's the web interface then just put !1 after the task description, such as "Buy milk !1". Of course you can also use !2 and !3 for lower priorities.
