freeze when syncing

We've seen this happen to a few different users, and have a fix in place that will be available in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, here's how you can fix this:
* Start the app and log in. (No need to reinstall.)
* If the freeze happens again, quit the app with these steps from Apple.
* When you start the app again, it should open successfully and show you your tasks.
