Overdue Tasks in Google Calendar Sidebar Gadget

In the sidebar gadget, I have 5 tasks showing as "due today" and 1 task showing as "overdue". However, the overdue task is also due today. I just logged into the web site interface and changed all 6 tasks to be due today, and that is how they show on the web site. But one of them continues to show as overdue in the gadget, even after the gadget's "refresh" link is pressed. Why this is the case?
