outlook contacts won't save my rtm e-mail as a contact
and I don't want to type it in every time I want to e-mail myself a task... Outlook says that I have the wrong characters in the e-mail and thus won't save it - even though the e-mail address with the + in it works fine. I'm hoping you have a work around for this - or do all rtm members write out the whole e-mail each time they send themselves a task?
Any help much appreciated

Hi nicki.dennis,
I don't know of any restrictions to using a plus sign in an address with Outlook, but that could depend on any Exchange server settings or some other configuration.
You may want to look at copying/pasting the email address, just to be sure, and making sure it doesn't add "mailto:" (which may copy from the email URL in your browser).
Otherwise you may want to paste the address into a new message, send it, then retrieve the message from your Sent Items and add the address to a contact from there.
Hope this helps!
