Hello everybody,

I would appreciate someone to help me to find some solution for sending tasks to each memenber of my business team. What is criticaly important for me is to make task comments visible for my team members. I see only 2 options for sharing tasks: 1) each of my team get an account in RTM; 2) to send the email with task. Unfortunatly 1) is not possible for the whole of my team, so only 2) is possible. I understand only printing mode is ok for email sharing, but printing doesn't show task comments which I use to put current status of the task.

Therefore I would appreciate if you could share if there any opportunity for each member of my team to get tasks including comments besides getting RTM accounts?

I use both web and iphone applications.
