Unable to find location

No, it should work, though may not validate all addresses. What can be helpful is to use Google Maps to find the exact address and then supply that in the Locations.
If you have any examples that you're having a hard time adding, feel free to contact us so we can help out specifically. It would also be an option to find the area on the map more generally and then click to add (since the clicking is the important action when adding a location).
