Sub-lists?

It's not currently possible to create sub-lists or sub-tasks, sorry. You can vote for this (and we'll post updates about it) in our Ideas forum.
There are workarounds using tags to group tasks together, and it'd also be possible to create a Smart List to have a list tab for easy reference as long as you'd need it.
