changing recurring tasks
miccaman says:
Hi
maybe i do it wrong: If I change a recurring task to stop recurring by deleting the value field recurring. Then I check completed, the next sheduled task is still there.
It seems that also changing the recurring value also affects only the second next task of this recurring item.
Is there a better way to handle this?
Kindest regards

Hi miccaman,
Removing the Repeat field will stop any future occurrences from being created but it won't delete any existing occurrences. So if you already have a few occurrences of the task (past or future), they will remain on your list.
When you change or remove this Repeat value, it should change it for all occurrences of the task as long as you're using an "every" repeat.
Does this explain what you're seeing? If not, can you give some details so we can take a look?
Hope this helps!
