Loading icon continually animates in IE7 tab

I noticed that in november 2006 someone wrote an entry on this forum, having the same problem. Clearing the cache was not the solution.
Apparently it isn't fixed yet. Maybe you folks could check if you can reproduce this problem and fix it.
