gms8994, thanks for letting us know. The time estimate should be displayed for incomplete tasks in Smart Lists too. We'd be happy to investigate this further if you're able to let us know the name of a task from a Smart List, and the time estimate that it has -- please email us at [old address removed] if you'd like us to check this out. emily, sorry, I meant the 'sum' estimate. Regular lists total up the estimated time, and display that in the hoverbox. Smart Lists don't.

Ah, Smart Lists should be displaying total time estimates too (both regular and Smart Lists have total time estimates). Anyway, if you're able to send an example task that's in an affected Smart List, we can check the time estimate on this and try to determine what's happening. Thanks!
