Double Tasks in Outlook 2010

Whenever I create a task in Outlook 2010 two tasks are created. (one imidietly and one about two seconds later. One hast the right (chosen) category and one has none and syncs with the inbox.

We'd be interested to see a log from MilkSync and maybe see what other add-ins you're using to see if we can figure out what's causing this duplication.
