RTM add-in not refreshing

For a few weeks now the RTM add-in for gmail (chrome PC and Mac) has not been refreshing. I use a smart list as my default and changes made on from the web client/ mobile are not reflected on the gmail add-in until i change lists in the add in. Additionally, when i postpone tasks from the add-in they are not removed from "todays" heading in the add-in. The refresh button at the bottom of the page doesnt help either.
Anyone else having update/refresh issues with the add-in?

I've added this to our list to investigate. In the meantime, reloading Gmail should work. If that's an option, it should work to log out of Remember The Milk and back in, then to refresh the add-in.

Thanks. Refreshing doesn't generally seem to work. If i dont set a list to view the add-in seems to work just fine.
