Importing task list by email

brett_mumaw says:
I am a real estate agent and I've been all over and tried many different things and I am having NO LUCK!

I have created a template for a list of tasks that I need to generate every so often. I copy the list into my gmail account. I'm pretty sure I have the text wrapping disabled, but every time I do it, it ends up splitting tasks.

Is there an easier way? I'm starting to lose my mind?

Hi brett_mumaw,
One alternative to importing these tasks via email may be to use the Duplicate Task function in the web app.

You could create a list of "template" tasks that have no due date, for example. When you need a copy of the tasks, select the template tasks, choose Duplicate Task from the More Actions dropdown menu, and set the due dates for the duplicates as appropriate.

Hope this helps!
