Automatically delete an overdue repeating task
samiles says:
Hi,
I want to create a standing daily task (like, "Work Out" and "Eat Fruit"). I don't necessarily want to stick to it 100%, just have it there to remind me, since I look at my RTM list everyday.
However, I don't want my overdue list to get clogged up with these if I don't do it for a few days.
Is there a way to have a repeating task like this not show up in my overdue list, but to still be there daily?
Thanks!

Hi samiles,
It's not possible to avoid having this repeating task show up in your overdue tasks without adjusting the due date. However, you may want to try using an "after" repeating task for this purpose.
Tasks that repeat with "after" (such as "after 1 day") will only generate a new occurrence when you complete them, so your overdue list won't become bogged down with past occurrences.
Hope that helps!
