I use a web browser to go to m.rememberthemilk.com and the interface there is pretty good.

I would love to see an off-line application that I can use on the treo at least to do a simple add/view.

For offline task adding, you can compose an email to your RTM inbox, and queue it for sending when you are back online.

Offline viewing is, alas, a harder nut to crack.
