Smart list due today excluding lists but including a tag

I can't seem to get the right string for a particular smart list.

I would like to create a smart list for all tasks that are due today or before (dueBefore:tomorrow), but I want to exclude 2 lists and include 1 tag (this tag is used in both lists).

How can I make this happen?

It's quite common to try AND when it's a logical OR.
