Not to be rude, but Emily, do you respond to the ideas anymore?

Looking back over some older posts, it seems as if you actively engaged those people offering ideas. Nowadays, I'm not seeing much active participation in many of the forums, and the result makes me feel as if the users are just talking in a vacuum ...
I don't wish to come across as critical, as even were RTM to be frozen in its current state with no growth ever expected for the future, I'd be satisfied with it. But it's a matter of how users approach their new ideas and/or wants for a product.
If they consciously know it's in a feature freeze, then they approach it one way. If they conversely know that the application developer is interested in hearing and potentially implementing new ideas, they approach it another.
In short, I'm wondering whether sharing thoughts, bugs, or "this'd-be-cool" feature ideas in these forums is a waste of time for me or not.

We love hearing how we can improve RTM, and listen very closely to all feedback and suggestions from our users (we have a feedback link on every page on the site to make it as easy as possible for users to send us feedback).
Based on feedback from RTM users, we've been able to implement many big features (and lots of smaller ones) over the past year. We've also been able to fix annoying bugs and make improvements to our application, thanks to reports from users -- thank you to everyone who's been helping to make RTM better :)
We endeavour to respond to all help requests and bug reports on the forums, and fix any bugs as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we're unable to respond to all ideas -- as the service has grown, we receive so much feedback (both on the forums and via email) that we're unable to provide personal responses to every suggestion that we receive. We're currently focusing our energy on improving RTM for our users -- you can rest assured that we take every single suggestion we receive into consideration for future development.

I would think, too, that there would be a lot more implementation of users' ideas in the beginning stages of a project, while it's still very bare-bones. I would expect things to slow down by now (it's making me dizzy!).
