Adding URL for future task in "Add a new task" line

How does a task need to be formatted in order for a url to be added in the appropriate "url" section of a task, rather than as part of the task's name? I've tried this in the "Add a new task" line, but the url's seem to stay within the title of the task and I have to seek out the task and add the url manually.
