Sharing a *copy* of a list with people

I'd like to create a list that multiple people would want to have themselves. I'd then like to be able to send them the list so they can complete items on their own copy of the list.

List title: "Amazing new Monkey diet"

Item 3: "Banana crêpe soufflé with sautéed bananas and banana 'ice cream'"
Now I'd like to send this list to all the monkeys that I know so they can tick off the items as they experience the amazing monkey diet for themselves.

Probably the best way would be to use email; you can share the message and others could add it to their tasks. You can see a similar idea shared in a past Tips & Tricks Tuesday post.
