MilkSync or Outlook creates two tasks when receive a new task from iphone

Well.. easy problem. I've installed milksync, and when i create a test tasks from Iphone, Web or Ipad.. i receive TWO tasks in my outlook. The first one looks good, but the second one,is a COPY with no categories or list..and 1 day delayed in past
I don't know what's happening!!!
If i create a tasks from outlook , it sync perfectly with mobile devices, but no in the other way.
