Why aren't I receiving email reminders?

I use Gmail. The reminders were delivered for years but suddenly stopped.
The reminders are not in the Spam folder.
I tried adding remind@rememberthemilk.com to my Gmail contact list.
Finally I tried setting a gmail filter for remind@rememberthemilk.com which starred, flagged as important, and never send to spam.

My reminders suddenly stopped this week too. I have reset my settings twice but they have not restarted.
