bit better rtm problem

progress4ward says:
I'm hoping that you can help me with a problem that I'm having with Bit Better RTM. I can't seem to find anyone having the same issue. When I installed the add on, it worked fine for quite a few hours. Now, it is placing the stuff on the right side of the screen (task info box and task cloud) underneath of my tasks, no longer beside it. I am experiencing this problem only if using in FireFox, not Google Chrome. Also, it only happens when I enable the task count. And, only when tasks are on the left. Which is the way that I would like to use it. Do you have any idea what could be causing this to happen? I thought that I would try to use Google as my browser instead which worked great for a while, then it started giving me notifications that I didn't have an internet connection. So, I uninstalled Google Chrome. I would like to be able to use the add-on in Firefox. I have a Mac computer if that makes any difference. I've tried disabling my firewall and antivirus software. Didn't work. I notice at the bottom of the rtm page when I change task count to "on" then save, it hangs up on s1.rtm.cdn.net. I also notice that it is trying to get access to google, so I'm not really sure what to do. The add-on works fine in Google, but periodically loses internet connection. In FireFox, my internet connection works, but the task cloud and box above that sink down underneath my task list which means I have to scroll down for ages to get to the task cloud or task box to change due date, time estimate, etc. Any help would be awesome. I can't survive without my rtm! I have been using it without the add-on for years because I haven't been able to get it to work. I really want to be able to use it. Mainly for the task count, which doesn't work properly when on. Oh, another thing, it only happens when tasks are on the left. Seems like something is blocking it? I've tried playing around with allowing cookies and allowing add-ons. Nothing I've tried works. Also, I keep getting a notice at the top of the rtm page quite often that says: There was a problem reaching the server. Are you connected to the Internet? (auth.setTimezone failed.) Try again? My time zone is set correctly. I'm confused.
